Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor are all set to star in a romantic comedy backed by Karan Johar’s production house. The currently untitled film will be directed by Karan’s associate director from Rocky Aur Ranii Kii Prem Kahaani. Now, it looks like there’s a casting update.
As per reports on ETimes, Suniel Shetty and Dia Mirza will join Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor in the film directed by Shauna Gautam. While little is known about their involvement, they will have key roles in the film.
Suniel and Dia have previously collaborated on films including Shootout at Lokhandwala and Kyun! Ho Gaya Na.
The report also mentions that the upcoming film will be released on OTT. Confirmation of the casting news is awaited.
Ibrahim Ali Khan will make his debut with Sarzameen. The film also features Kajol. Meanwhile, Khushi Kapoor made her debut last year with The Archies.
