One of the most loved actresses of Bollywood Vidya Balan recently opened up about her experiences in the film industry and revealed some fun incidents. The actress who is busy promoting her film Do Aur Do Pyaar, revealed that a superstitious director who she was working with wore the same pair of shorts throughout the 42 days of the shoot. She said, “I was on a film set where the director wore the same pair of shorts for 42 days because he was superstitious. Actually, I didn’t notice because I wasn’t looking, but I heard about it. Interestingly, the film bombed.”
When asked who this director was or the name of the film Vidya jokingly said that she did not ever remember. Further, she spoke about how in her initial days she was branded as “unlucky” and was replaced or the films were shelved. Looking back at her journey, she has always been honest about odd things that directors have done to her, including the hurtful remarks they have made.
The actress was last seen in Neeyat opposite Rahul Bose and Ram Kapoor and now in Do Aur Do Pyaar, she is starring alongside Pratik Gandhi, Ileana D’Cruz and Sendhil Ramamurthy. The film is all set to hit the silver screen on April 19.
