Arshad Warsi, known for his roles in Munna Bhai M.B.B.S, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Dhamaal, and other movies, is celebrating his birthday today. The actor, who was cast for the first time in Tere Mere Sapne, gained immense popularity and fame from his portrayal of Circuit in Rajkumar Hirani’s Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.
In an interview, the actor revealed that the name of his character, Circuit, was not what was originally planned. In fact, he had to insist Rajkumar Hirani to change the name and type of clothes he wore.
Initially, the director had thought of keeping his character’s name as Khujli, and even his clothes were different. However, the actor didn’t like the sound of it and revealed that it sounded like a man who would just scratch and do nothing else.
He even revealed that he had to improvise almost every scene for the character and insisted Rajkumar Hirani to change the name of his character and his clothes.
Talking about his bond with Sanjay Dutt, the actor revealed that he was a great co-star to work with and there was chemistry between the two. They enjoyed working with each other, and Sanjay Dutt was even supportive of his suggestions.
