Update on autopsy of late K-pop Singer Park Bo Ram shared by her agency


Park Bo Ram’s sudden and unexpected death has shocked her fans and many in the industry. The K-pop singer, well-known for her talent, passed away on April 11 at the age of 30. She was attending a private party when she was found unconscious by her friends. After she didn’t return from the washroom, her friends checked on her and found her slouched over the sink. Despite their efforts to call for medical help, she passed away upon arrival at the hospital.

The Namyangju Police Station is investigating the case and has sent her body for autopsy to the National Forensic Service.

 The autopsy results revealed that the cause of death was neither homicide nor suicide. Her agency, Xanadu Entertainment, issued a statement confirming that her death was not a result of homicide or suicide and that the results would be delivered to her family. A funeral was held earlier for the singer.

Park Bo-ram rose to prominence following her debut on the singing competition Superstar K2 in 2010. She also won the Artist of the Year Award at the 2014 Gaon Chart Music Awards. Some of her notable songs include Hyehwadong, Beautiful, I Hope, Will Be Fine, and Destiny.
