Aditi Rao Hydari is all set to reunite with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Heeramandi, this marks their second collaboration after Padmaavat which was released in 2018. During the grand trailer launch of the upcoming series yesterday, Aditi expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the ace filmmaker.
She was quoted on a leading entertainment platform, “I love his love for cinema and his love for every second of what he does and what he believes in. We all are blessed to be a part of his vision and I really miss him today because this is truly his baby.”
Her character in Heeramandi will be seen as Bibbojaan – she described her role as the perfect combination of vulnerability and love that results in courage and fearlessness. She further mentioned how Sanjay Leela Bhansali always pushes his actors to discover parts of their craft and abilities that even they didn’t know they were capable of. Heeramandi drops on OTT on May 1, 2024.
